We offer a broad spectrum of design and installation options for the yard, garden, and all landscape surroundings. Jody Ingham, president of MLI, Inc. has been a landscaping professional since 1992 in Yamhill County. We offer a variety of services from basic irrigation systems, grading, or sod / seed lawns, to full landscape transformations including pathways, lighting, plantings and barkdust. We work to utilize local companies, nurseries and growers for our plant, rock and soil needs as much as possible.

Irrigation has been our President, Jody's specialty for the past 10 years. Whether it's installing a new irrigation system, refurbishing an older system, repairing your current system, or detecting a problem, we are the experts you should call. We have experience in systems of all sizes. We take great pride in our partnership with the City of McMinnville's Parks department maintaining the integrity of the miles and miles of irrigation in McMinnville's City Parks.
We use only the best irrigation products and believe in the reliability of the RAIN BIRD systems we install. Our systems are guaranteed for one year. *(some exceptions may apply, ie vandalism. Please see service contract for specifics)
We also offer the latest in drip irrigation technology. Drip irrigation is a great way to conserve water, and a very efficient method of irrigation.
